Pastel portrait painting on coloured pastel card, of Bill Bryson at the Summer Congregation ceremony in his final year as Chancellor of Durham University. I was so impressed and inspired by his sunny disposition. Despite having shaken hands with thousands of graduates and having been photographed with many, he looked as proud and delighted as any parent on Palace Green!
