“Working during the pandemic as an ICU nurse I saw our team stick together with great morale, working in tough conditions, often isolated from children, families and friends, in unfamiliar environments and with new and difficult challenges. It will now take time to process the trauma we have all experienced as staff, patients and relatives.“
